Göksu sözlerine şöyle devam etti: “2007 yılında açtığımız Uşak lokasyonumuzda, 2010 yılından itibaren İşkur Uşak İl Müdürlüğü ile birlikte gençlerimize uluslararası bir kariyer fırsatı sunmak üzere teorik ve pratik personel eğitim programları sunuyoruz. Eğitimlerimiz; hakla ilişkiler kavramları, iletişim süreçleri ve türleri, telefon ile iletişim, diksiyon, bilgisayar kullanma, toplumsal düzen, müşteri memnuniyeti, müşteri ilişkileri, müşteri ile etkin iletişim gibi çok kritik alanlarda yetkinlik kazandırmak üzere tasarlandı. Sunmuş olduğumuz desteklerle yeteneklerini güçlendiren ve iletişim kabiliyetlerini artıran gençlerimiz profesyonel hayata adım attılar.”

Göksu ayrıca “İmzalamış olduğumuz bu protokol uyarınca, iki grup halinde 60 kişiye vereceğimiz eğitimler ile 2017 alımlarımıza başladık. Bu kişiler, işbaşı eğitim programıyla müşteri hizmetleri görevlisi/asistanı olarak yetiştirilecek. Önümüzdeki dönemde bu eğitim programlarımızı artırmaya devam edeceğiz.” diye konuştu.
